Hi everyone,
I’ve set up this website as a helper for anyone who wants to lose weight, get stronger and live a healthier life and is looking for a Diet and Fitness guide to ultimately develop a flat belly and six pack abs.
Inside you’ll find numerous tips, tricks, ideas and practical advice designed to help you lose weight, develop your abs and feel a surge or energy and satisfaction in your life.
First of all, here’s brief rundown of some of the common misconceptions out there that led me to creating this site:
- Lots of people want abs, but don’t realize that even if they have ripped abdominal muscles no one will ever be able to see them if they are covered by a layer of flab.
- There are tons of foods out there that people think are healthy, but which are actually ruining dieting efforts because they are just junk in disguise.
- Starvation and calorie-reduced diets are common, despite the fact that many are unsustainable, uncomfortable and even counterproductive!
- A lot of people think that suffering and blandness are necessary for a great body, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
- Think hours of misery on a treadmill will strip off the fat? Not so fast…this isn’t the easiest way at all.
- Most people don’t know how to focus on nutrition, which diet foods they should be eating or the best ways to burn calories.
- Abdominal workouts and workout plans don’t need to be difficult or confusing. This site gives lot of ideas for easy things you can start doing today!
The best thing about this site is that it collects all of this information for you in one place and recommends some fantastic resources to take your fat loss and diet foods knowledge to the next level.
If you think about all of the time and effort (and money!) it takes to learn about diets and exercise, buy and cook foods and try to work out, it seems pretty clear that the best use of your energy is to learn from the masters and use their tried-and-true methods instead of learning everything by trial and error.
Sir Issac Newton once said “If I have seen further it is only by standing on the shoulders of giants.” To use his idea in this context: One can lose more weight and build more muscle by eating and working out with the most knowledgeable and fit people on the planet. Anyway, back to what this site is all about…
Unfortunately there’s no ‘magic pill’ or 1 secret exercise that will transform your body over night. Health and fitness are achievable for almost everyone though by just doing things a little differently. If you know all of the little tips and tricks, you can enjoy the energy and great feeling of a sexy fit body, without giving up all of the foods and drinks that you love.
Some of the main things you’ll undoubtedly need to learn on your quest for six pack abs and a flat belly fall into two categories: how many calories you consume and how many calories you burn.
1) The calories that you consume are from anything that you eat or drink. It’s critical that you understand which foods help and which foods hurt – and also when you should be consuming them. Once you master these concepts, you’ll never feel hungry (or too stuffed) and will likely see a jump in your energy and stamina! A common saying is that “Abs are built in the kitchen” and it’s important to remember that.
2) Calories get burned every second that we are alive. However, some activities burn vastly more calories than other activities. You can only take advantage of these activities once you learn what they are, but once you do your efforts will be much more effective.
